Daycares and Summer Camps are required to make a reservation. Parties and organized events are not permitted. The fountain is open seven days a week weather permitting: Monday -Thursday: 9:00am-9:00pm Friday & Saturday: 9:00am-10:00pm Sunday: 12:00pm- 10:00pm Downtown Duluth is a community center and gathering place that offers shopping fun, food, entertainment and relaxation.
