The Fort Braden Farmers Market reserves the right to approve or decline applications based on available space, product mix, and market guidelines. Vendor Space: Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and other necessary equipment unless otherwise stated. Vendors must remain within their assigned space and keep walkways clear. Vendor Fee: Any applicable vendor fees must be paid as required to confirm participation. Fees are generally non-refundable unless the market organizer cancels the event. Products & Permits: Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all products they sell comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Vendors must obtain and maintain any permits, licenses, or certifications required for their products. Setup & Cleanup: Vendors must arrive during the designated setup time, be ready for customers when the market opens, and remain until the market closes unless otherwise approved. Each vendor is responsible for leaving their space clean and removing all trash and personal belongings. Safety & Weather: Vendors are responsible for safely securing their tents, displays, and merchandise. In the event of severe weather or an emergency, vendors must follow instructions from market organizers. Conduct: Vendors are expected to treat customers, fellow vendors, volunteers, staff, and community members with respect. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Cancellation: If you are unable to attend after being accepted, please notify the market organizer as soon as possible. Repeated no-shows or cancellations without notice may affect future participation. Liability: Vendors are responsible for their own products, equipment, property, and actions while participating in the market. Vendors are encouraged to carry any insurance appropriate for their business. Market Changes: The Fort Braden Farmers Market reserves the right to make reasonable changes to market dates, times, locations, vendor placement, or guidelines when necessary. No Refund/Market Cancellation : Vendor fees are non-refundable if a vendor cancels or dose not attend the market. If the FBFM must be canceled due to severe weather, an emergency or circumstances beyond our control, the Market organizers will determine whether fees can be refunded or applied to a future market . Vendors will be notified of significant changes as soon as reasonably possible .
