Forestville Holiday Faire 2026

Hello!

This application is for vendors who have not yet vended at an event managed by Amber Gray and The Funky Forest.

• $59 - Early Registration:         Now - May 30 
• $79 - Regular Registration:   June 1 - September 30
• $99 - Late Registration:          October 1 - December 4 

When you submit your application, it will go into a queue, and you will be notified as soon as it has been reviewed and approved, waitlisted, etc.  Your credit card will only be charged once your application has been approved.

Vendors are chosen based on several factors, including creativity and uniqueness, product presentation, and overall booth diversity.  Food vendors are chosen to complement and not overlap with downtown restaurants.

This is an electronic agreement, and by submitting this application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

This streamlined application is for vendors who have vended at an event managed by Amber Gray, such as a previous Holiday Faire or a Mardi Gras party.

PLEASE NOTE:  This event is two hours longer than it was before.  It's now from 1:00 - 7:00 pm.

This application is for vendors who serve alcohol.  Prices are higher than regular booths due to incresed event insurance costs when alcohol is served at an event.

This application is for non-profits that want to have a booth at the Forestville Holiday Faire.  

Approved non-profits are not asked to pay a booth fee.  Nonprofits are selected based on cause, community impact, and overall booth diversity.
