Hello!
This application is for non-profits that want to have a booth at the Forestville Holiday Faire.
Approved non-profits are not asked to pay a booth fee. Nonprofits are selected based on cause, community impact, and overall booth diversity.
When you submit your application, it will go into a queue, and you will be notified as soon as it has been reviewed and approved, waitlisted, etc.
This is an electronic agreement, and by submitting this application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
The vendor/business agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Funky Forest and the Forestville Holiday Faire, agents, employees, and volunteers from any damage, injury, or loss to any person or persons, and from any loss, or damages, caused by action, claims, or suits for damages, including, but not limited to, loss of property, goods, or merchandise, caused by, or arising out of, or in any way connected with seller’s use of the privileges herein granted.
I HAVE READ THE RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THIS EVENT AND AGREE TO CONFORM TO THE REGULATIONS CONTAINED THEREIN.
I UNDERSTAND THAT THE FUNKY FOREST'S INSURANCE POLICY DOES NOT COVER MY EMPLOYEES, MY FAMILY MEMBERS, OR ME.

- This event is outdoors and could be cancelled or moved to an alternate location indoors in the event of rain or other weather issues. All booth fees are non-refundable. Please state that you understand and agree to these terms.
- Vendors must bring everything needed for booth setup: popup, tables, chairs, etc. The event manager does not supply any of these items. Please state that you understand and agree to this arrangement.
- This event is outdoors goes into the evening. As such, a POP-UP and BOOTH LIGHTING are REQUIRED. No generators allowed. LED lights and power banks are suggested since most booth spaces will not have power outlets available. Please answer "I will light my booth" so I know you actually read this part and agree to this requirement.
- Since this is a holiday event, please decorate your booth in some way. If your products happen to be holiday related, that's enough (although more decorating is fine, too!). If your products don't happen to be holiday-specific, then please decorate your booth in some way so that it's festive.
