THIS APPLICATION IS FOR FOOD VENDORS ONLY
Application Fee:
- A non-refundable fee of $25 is required for submission of the food truck application. Submission does not guarantee approval, and the fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- If approved, a $75.00 fee will be charged to the card on file. This fee is non-refundable.
Food Truck Requirements: - Trucks/tents must be self-contained (access to electricity is not guaranteed).
- Vendors must bring their own equipment, including extension cords, tables, tents, and quiet generators if needed.
- No alcohol may be sold or served from any food truck unless approved in advance by the Director.
- All permits and licenses must be current and available on site.
- Vendors must bring their own waste receptacles and maintain a clean serving area.
- You will receive an assigned arrival and setup time. If you cannot arrive on time, you will not be allowed to set up, and your fee will not be refunded.
- No early breakdown or departure unless approved in advance.
Important Policies: - Vendor fees are non-refundable, including for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or weather-related issues.
- If you are unable to attend, you must notify us at least 2 weeks in advance.
