Thank you for your interest in serving as a food truck vendor at a City of Flowery. These events are held downtown and are open to the public, offering a great opportunity to showcase your food in a fun, high-traffic setting.
Required Documentation (Must Be Uploaded with Application):
Valid business license
Current health inspection report
Proof of insurance with the City of Flowery Branch listed as an additional insured
All necessary permits for food service in Hall County
Applications missing any of the above will not be accepted.
Additional Information:
Vendors must provide their own generator, extension cords, and equipment.
Setup and breakdown times will be assigned in advance.
All vendors must comply with local and state health regulations.
The City of Flowery Branch reserves the right to remove any vendor who does not follow event guidelines or safety standards.

FLOWERY BRANCH – Food Truck VENDOR Application
THIS APPLICATION IS FOR FOOD VENDORS ONLY
Application Fee:
- A non-refundable fee of $25 is required for submission of the food truck application. Submission does not guarantee approval, and the fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- If approved, a $75.00 fee will be charged to the card on file. This fee is non-refundable.
Food Truck Requirements: - Trucks/tents must be self-contained (access to electricity is not guaranteed).
- Vendors must bring their own equipment, including extension cords, tables, tents, and quiet generators if needed.
- No alcohol may be sold or served from any food truck unless approved in advance by the Director.
- All permits and licenses must be current and available on site.
- Vendors must bring their own waste receptacles and maintain a clean serving area.
- You will receive an assigned arrival and setup time. If you cannot arrive on time, you will not be allowed to set up, and your fee will not be refunded.
- No early breakdown or departure unless approved in advance.
Important Policies: - Vendor fees are non-refundable, including for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or weather-related issues.
- If you are unable to attend, you must notify us at least 2 weeks in advance.
- No-shows or late arrivals without notice may not be invited to future events.
- Vendors must provide all required documents, including an updated Health Inspection Report, permits, and licenses.
