Estimated Attendance: 1,500-2,000 attendees

FLOWERY BRANCH – Food Truck VENDOR Application
THIS APPLICATION IS FOR FOOD VENDORS ONLY

Application Fee:

• A non-refundable fee of $25 is required for submission of the food truck application. Submission does not guarantee approval, and the fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• If approved, a $75.00 fee will be charged to the card on file. This fee is non-refundable.
   
  Food Truck Requirements:
• Trucks/tents must be self-contained (access to electricity is not guaranteed).
• Vendors must bring their own equipment, including extension cords, tables, tents, and quiet generators if needed.
• No alcohol may be sold or served from any food truck unless approved in advance by the Director.
• All permits and licenses must be current and available on site.
• Vendors must bring their own waste receptacles and maintain a clean serving area.
• You will receive an assigned arrival and setup time. If you cannot arrive on time, you will not be allowed to set up, and your fee will not be refunded.
• No early breakdown or departure unless approved in advance.
   
  Important Policies:
• Vendor fees are non-refundable, including for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or weather-related issues.
• If you are unable to attend, you must notify us at least 2 weeks in advance.
• No-shows or late arrivals without notice may not be invited to future events.
• Vendors must provide all required documents, including an updated Health Inspection Report, permits, and licenses.

The City of Flowery Branch, a Georgia Municipal Corporation, and its agents, employees, and representatives thereof assume no liability or responsibility for injury or loss that may result to any exhibitor or his/her personal or corporate affects including goods for sale that may occur on the premises or may arise under City of Flowery Branch activities. Applicant further agrees, consents, and acknowledges to hold the City of Flowery Branch, its agents, employees, and representatives harmless for any such injury or loss.
