1. General Event Policies
Flowapalooza 2026 (“the Event”) is a production of Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark. The Event will take place May 29–31, 2026, on the GrandLawn at EpicCentral. Attendance or participation in any capacity, including as a guest, vendor, sponsor, performer, or volunteer, constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark “ARM EPIC LLC.” reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event at any time due to severe weather, safety concerns, or directives from city officials. All attendees and participants are expected to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while on property.
2. Admission and Ticketing
All ticket sales are final, and Flowapalooza 2026 is a rain-or-shine event. Refunds, transfers, or credits will not be issued for weather-related circumstances or failure to attend. Entry to the Event is valid only with an official ticket, wristband, or approved vendor or sponsor credential. Any duplication, resale, or misuse of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in denied entry without refund. Event staff reserve the right to inspect bags and personal belongings at entry and throughout the Event for safety purposes.
3. Code of Conduct
Flowapalooza 2026 is designed to provide a positive experience for all attendees. Disorderly conduct, harassment, public intoxication, illegal substance use, or any behavior deemed disruptive or offensive by Event staff will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund. All guests, vendors, sponsors, and participants must treat others—including staff, volunteers, and city officials—with respect and professionalism. Any damage to City property, Event equipment, or venue facilities caused by negligence or misconduct will be the financial responsibility of the individual or business at fault.
4. Vendor Policies
Vendors will not receive access to Event grounds or pre-event communications until the vendor application has been paid in full. Each vendor will be provided a 10’ x 10’/ 10’ x 20’ booth space and must supply their own tent, tables, chairs, and power sources. Unless otherwise specified, electricity and water will not be provided. Silent generators are permitted; generators producing excessive noise or fumes may be prohibited. Vendors must remain fully operational for the entire Event duration and may not dismantle or depart early without prior approval from Event staff. Vendor areas must be left clean, with all waste properly disposed of before departure. Tents or setups deemed unsafe or improperly weighted must be corrected immediately or removed. Flowapalooza 2026 is a rain-or-shine event, and refunds or transfers will not be issued unless expressly approved by Event management.
5. Sponsor Policies
Sponsorship activations, logo placements, and promotional benefits will be executed according to the agreed-upon sponsorship terms at the time of payment. Sponsors must submit all required logos, artwork, and branding assets by the deadlines provided to ensure inclusion in Event marketing. ARM EPIC LLC. reserves the right to adjust placement or visibility of sponsor assets to maintain brand consistency and meet City standards. Distribution of marketing materials is limited to assigned activation areas unless prior approval is granted. Sponsorship payments are final and non-refundable unless the Event is canceled by the City of Grand Prairie.
6. Photography, Media, and Promotion
By attending or participating in Flowapalooza 2026, all guests, vendors, sponsors, and participants consent to being photographed or recorded by the City of Grand Prairie, ARM EPIC LLC, and approved media partners. All media captured during the Event may be used for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across digital, social, print, and other platforms without compensation or additional consent. Media representatives must obtain proper credentials prior to covering the Event.
7. Safety and Liability
Participation in Flowapalooza 2026 activities—including contests, games, rides, performances, and attractions—is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk. ARM EPIC LLC, the City of Grand Prairie, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark, and all affiliated sponsors, vendors, and representatives assume no liability for injuries, losses, damages, or theft occurring before, during, or after the Event. Attendees are responsible for personal property and must comply with all safety instructions from Event staff, security, and law enforcement. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises.
8. Weather and Force Majeure
Flowapalooza 2026 is a rain-or-shine event. In cases of severe weather, unsafe conditions, or official directives, the City of Grand Prairie reserves the right to delay, shorten, or cancel the Event. If cancellation occurs due to natural disasters, government orders, or circumstances beyond organizer control, refund or rescheduling decisions will be made solely at the discretion of the City of Grand Prairie and ARM EPIC LLC..
9. Parking and Transportation
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in designated EpicCentral areas. ARM EPIC LLC, and the City of Grand Prairie are not responsible for damage, theft, or loss involving vehicles or personal property. Vehicles parked illegally or obstructing access may be ticketed or towed at the owner’s expense. Guests are encouraged to carpool or use rideshare services to reduce congestion.
10. Final Acknowledgment and Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, applying as a vendor, entering into a sponsorship, or otherwise participating in Flowapalooza 2026, all parties acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. For myself, my guests, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, I waive and release ARM EPIC LLC, the City of Grand Prairie, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark, and all affiliated sponsors, vendors, and representatives from any and all claims or liabilities arising from participation in the Event, including those resulting from negligence. I understand that submission of an application, ticket purchase, or digital acknowledgment constitutes a binding agreement. I also grant permission to be contacted via email or SMS regarding this and future EpicCentral events.
