Food Truck Application

This application is for food trucks and food trailers only. It is intended for mobile food vendors offering prepared food and beverages for on-site consumption. This application is not for retail, artisan, or consumer goods vendors, please refer to our other vendor applications if that applies to you.

Flowapalooza is expected to welcome 10,000+ attendees, making this a high-volume, high-visibility opportunity for participating food trucks.

Please complete the food truck application and await approval. 

Arrival and load-in information will be shared two (2) weeks prior to the event. Please note that your food truck will not have a reserved space until your location has been selected and paid for in full.

VENDOR FEES - Vendors will not be granted access to the event grounds or pre-event communications without a paid invoice on file. 

FOOD PERMITS - Any vendor intending to sample or sell open container food or beverage must obtain s food permit from the the City of Grand Prairie Health Department. Failure to do so may result in barring from future events, loss of vendor fee without the issuance or a refund or credit transfer.

GREASE AND OTHER WASTE - Food vendors are prohibited from dumping grease on-site at any event. Food vendors agree to transport and remove all grease and other food related waste to appropriate location as required by The City of Grand Prairie. Please contact the Health Department for more information. 

EVENT DURATION - All vendors are required to remian set up and in place for the duration of the event in order to provide a high quality experience for our guest. Vendors may NOT depart from the event prior to the event conclusion without direction from Epic Central staff.

ELECTRICITY AND WATER - Unless specifically noted in pre-event communications, electricity, and water will NOT be available for vendors. Vendors may bring silent generators if needed.

TRASH - All vendors are responsible for cleaning their own immediate area at the conclusion of the event. All liquid or solid waste must be disposed of properly and may not be left at the venue. 

WEATHER POLICY AND REFUNDS/TRANSFERS - Flowapalooza 2026 is a rain-or-shine event, and refunds/credit transfers will not be issued unless approved by Epic Central Staff. Cancellation of the event will be made under the direction of The City of Grand Prairie. 

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENTS -

For myself, my guest, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release The City of Grand Prairie and all affiliated sponsors, vendors, their representatives, and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of persons named in this waiver. I understand that due to unforeseen circumstances, my booth may be changed. I authorize The City of Grand Prairie to photograph or take video footage of me and my property in connection with the events selected in this application. I authorize the use of any such photographic and video footage of me for all marketing and advertising purposes including, but not limited to, the following mediums: Web Content, Print Ads, Social Media Marketing, etc. I understand that this application does not constitute confirmation of vendor space and that only payment of a vendor invoice may confirm booth space. Without reciept of payment, a booth space will not be provide to me. I authorize The City of Grand Prairie to use my information to send information regarding the listed event (Flowapalooza) via email and SMS. The digital signature of this application/submission of event application constitutes a fully enforceable agreement to the terms listed therefore once payment is received.
