Thank you for your interest in vending at Flipstone Vintage Market! Our market is a curated community event held outside Flipstone Vintage & Thrift in Fort Worth, featuring vintage, handmade goods, local makers, food, drinks, and other unique small businesses.
General Information
Markets are held on select Sundays from 12:00 PM–6:00 PM. Vendor setup begins at 10:00 AM. Vendors are expected to remain set up for the full duration of the market.
Accepted Vendors
We welcome applications from:
Vintage clothing, accessories & home goods
Handmade goods & local makers
Art, jewelry & creative businesses
Curated secondhand or upcycled goods
Specialty products
Food, beverage & dessert vendors
Applications are reviewed to create a diverse market and help prevent too many vendors offering the same products. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Booth Setup
Standard vendor spaces are 10' × 10'. Vendors must provide their own white 10' × 10' tent, tables, racks, displays, tent weights, and other supplies needed for their booth. Electricity is not provided.
All tents must be properly weighted for safety.
Setup & Breakdown
Vendor setup begins at 10:00 AM. Vendors may pull into the designated area to unload, then vehicles must be moved to vendor parking before completing booth setup.
Please do not begin breaking down before 6:00 PM unless instructed by market staff. Vendors may choose to remain open until the store closes at 7:00 PM.
Parking
Vendor parking is separate from the main market area. Vendors will unload near their assigned space and then move their vehicle to the designated vendor parking area. Specific parking and unloading instructions will be provided before the event.
Food Vendors
Food and beverage vendors are responsible for obtaining any permits, licenses, food-handler certifications, or other requirements applicable to their business. Food vendors must also follow all applicable health and safety regulations. A protective tarp or covering must be placed beneath food-service areas when necessary to protect the parking lot.
