Flight of the Monarch 2026

This application includes vendors in categories such as clothing, jewelry, art, home decor, service providers, nature, baked goods and other goods. We are expecting an estimated attendance of 8,000 attendees and you do not want to miss out. As the event is Monarch themed, we ask that ALL vendors add some sort of orange and black/ butterfly addition to their setup. Please complete the vendor application and wait for approval. 

Food Vendor Opportunity 

Do you craft unique snacks or specialty food items? Join us at Flight of the Monarch to showcase your delicious creations to an audience that loves to discover new flavors! We’re looking for vendors offering high-quality, artisanal, and specialty food products that are perfect for on-the-go enjoyment or take-home treats.

Ideal Vendor Criteria:

• Makers of gourmet snacks, such as popcorn, nuts, or chips.
• Artisans offering pickles, preserves, sauces, or spice blends.
• Vendors specializing in local, organic, or sustainable food items.
• Creators of unique, small-batch, or handcrafted specialty foods.
• Providers of allergen-friendly, vegan, or health-conscious snacks.
