Fitness with Carey

This is an all ages fitness workshop on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month 4-5pm. Workshops are located at Our Center 1745 S Wells Ave Reno, NV 89502. Expect a full body workout incorporating body weights and resistance band training led and guided by Carey. Participants are encouraged to bring water, any resistance bands or gym equipment they have/ want (weights/resistance bands, etc). Open to all ages but participants 12 and under are required to have additional parent/guardian supervision. For questions, email careykytle@gmail.com
