Northeast Snow Show! First Tracks will draw a high-intent crowd of skiers, snowboarders, outdoor families, and winter activity enthusiasts actively preparing for the season. Whether you are a boutique brand or flagship exhibitor, we have a booth space for you. Attendees will be coming to explore, learn and buy for the winter season in Maine. All vendor booths will be located in Brick South while Programming and Speakers will be in HALO.
Timeline of the show:
Friday, November 6th:
8:00 am - 4:00 pm: Vendor Load In
4:00 pm -7:00 pm: Industry VIP Party at HALO (you're invited!)
Saturday, November 7th
8:00 am - 9:30 am: Vendor arrival, parking offsite
10:00 am - 6:00 pm: Open to the public
Sunday Nov. 8th
8:00 - 9:30 am: Vendor arrival, parking offsite
10:00 am - 4:00 pm: Open to the public
4:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Vendor load out
Vendor Approval Process:
1) Vendor submits application - You complete an application with your desired booth size and details and agree to Thompson's Point and MOB terms and conditions. NOTE: Early Bird pricing ends July 1st.
2) Application Approved – Thompson’s Point and MOB review and approve your application. Please note: Due to the high volume of applications and category capacity, some vendors may be placed on a waitlist or, in some cases, not selected for participation.
3) Reservation Complete – Upon acceptance, you will be charged your full booth and your spot at First Tracks is officially reserved.
