This is Gallia's favorite summer community event, held on the first Friday of the month, June-Sept. It features a unique shop and stroll experience in historic and beautiful Downtown Gallipolis with extended businesses hours and special deals at local shops and restaurants. Over 100 artisan vendors and pop-up shops line Second Avenue, Court and State Street, plus food trucks, a beer & wine garden with LIVE entertainment, raffles & prizes, LIVE radio remotes with concert ticket giveaways, Kids Corner Activities, pet adoptions & portraits, a classic car cruise-in and more. First Friday is an all volunteer effort to promote good times, inclusivity and hospitality in Gallia and surrounding areas and welcomes EVERYONE to enjoy Downtown Gallipolis while supporting small business and artists. LIVE Music by The Feral Cat Collective
The Feral Cat Collective is a group of young performers who love bringing the joy of music to others. The Cats enjoy playing a diverse collection of genres including jazz, funk, blues, and soul. All members reside locally and are excited to perform for their community. Catch them live on the front porch at The Gallia Co Chamber of Commerce.

Reyes Signature Drink & After Party
We're excited to serve a signature drink by Reyes Taqueria & Cantina in the DRP beer garden complete with a First Friday coupon to spend at the Reyes After Party. When First Friday ends at 9pm, head over to the back patio at Reyes to continue the fun!
First Friday Cruise-In
McNeal's Garage brings back the nostalgia of cruising the city park every First Friday. Located on State St and a portion of 1st Ave., classic cars, custom rides and car enthusiasts are invited to pull in, park and share your ride with the community. Contact McNeals Garage for more Info.
Empower Automotive Golf Cart Rides
Cruise around First Friday in a golf cart from Empower Automotive. Need a lift to your car with all the treasures you've picked up from the shops and vendors, or test drive one before you custom build a cart for yourself. Mindena and her team at Empower got you covered.
Holzer Senior Care - First Friday Games
This free activity is designed for seniors ages 60+ and is the perfect way to enjoy First Friday with friends while celebrating the songs you know and love.

Gallia Game Garage presents First Friday VR Gaming
Step into the future of fun at First Friday with our newest highlighted activity. Gallia Game Garage is bringing the action with immersive VR gaming and a console mini game tournament that’s sure to spark some friendly competition. Challenge your friends, test your skills, and experience gaming in the park like never before. Find all the excitement under the inflatable dome in the park and get ready to play, compete, and level up your First Friday night.
Obstacle Course & Bounce House
Bounce on over to Kid's Corner in the State Street side of the park and let the kiddos go wild on the GIANT Inflatable obstacle course and bounce house. Sponsored by Robin Fowler State Farm, Burlile Oil, Williams Fuel Stop & The Korner.
Modrzynski Farms - Friday Fun Farm
Modrzynski Farms brings their Friday Fun Farm to First Friday's Kid's Corner. Come cuddle the baby animals and thank the Modrzynski family for sharing their fur babies with us.
Colony Cocktail Buckets
The Colony Restaurant is turning up the party vibes for First Friday with their Cocktail Buckets! Stop in for refreshing oversized drinks, delicious food specials, and First Friday inspired fun all evening long. Happy Hour runs from 2–6 PM, so come early and kick off your First Friday with a bucket cocktail! Summer fun awaits at The Colony!

Seabolt & Co. - Kindness is Beautiful Animal Adoption and Shelter Fundraiser
Seabolt & Co is bringing something truly special to First Friday this year, and it is all about community, compassion, and our four-legged friends.
Join them at the storefront for a live adoptathon in partnership with local dog shelters, giving adoptable dogs a chance to meet their future families right in the heart of downtown. This is a wonderful opportunity to support rescue efforts and maybe even find a new best friend.
They will also be selling their “Kindness Is Beautiful” merchandise, with proceeds helping support shelter partners, along with a fun Plinko game with prizes where 100% of proceeds go directly to the participating shelters.
Come out, play a game, shop with purpose, and help make a real difference for animals in need while enjoying First Friday in Gallipolis.
The Bubble Fairy
Step into a world of wonder at First Friday!
The magic of the Rio Renaissance Faire is coming to downtown at the Gallia County Convention & Visitors Bureau with a spectacular Bubble Fairy performance!
Watch in amazement as shimmering bubbles float through the streets, magical bubble tricks delight children and adults alike, and a whimsical fairy brings a little enchantment to your First Friday evening.
Be sure to stop by, snap some photos, and experience this unforgettable performance while getting a sneak peek of the magic coming to the Rio Ren Faire this year!
