Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at Margaret Farmers Market, a weekly Sunday market at Margaret Pace Park in Miami. This application is for non-food exhibitors and vendors only who want to showcase and sell their products in a curated, waterfront community market.

The market takes place every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and features a mix of art and handmade goods, clothing and accessories, wellness brands, home products, pet-focused products, beauty items, gifts, and other lifestyle vendors. All exhibitor spaces are 10x10 booths located on the grass with views of Biscayne Bay.

Please complete this form with accurate information about your business, product category, and setup needs, and upload the required documentation, including a Certificate of Insurance (COI). This application is not for food or beverage vendors. If you sell food, drinks, baked goods, or any edible products, you must apply through the food vendor application and provide the required DBPR and Food Handler documentation.

General Event InformationThe market is open to the public and admission to the market remains free.The match screening is offered as an added community viewing activity within the market.Event date, operating hours, layout, entertainment, and vendor participation are subject to change without notice due to weather, safety, operational, technical, legal, or permitting reasons.Entry may be restricted, delayed, or denied if capacity or safety limits are reached.2. Event NatureThis is an independently organized community market event.The screening and related activities are not sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially affiliated with FIFA or the competition.Event branding, promotion, and communications are intended to remain generic and independent.3. Conduct of GuestsAll guests are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner.Guests may be removed from the event, without refund or compensation, for behavior including but not limited to:Disorderly conduct.Harassment, threats, or abusive language.Fighting or aggressive behavior.Damage to property.Intoxication that creates a disturbance or safety concern.Refusal to follow directions from staff, security, or emergency personnel.4. Screenings and BroadcastMatch broadcast availability is subject to licensing, signal, equipment, weather, and technical conditions.The organizer does not guarantee uninterrupted viewing, sound quality, screen visibility, or continuous broadcast service.Delays, interruptions, cancellation of the screening, or changes to the viewing format may occur at any time.Guests may not record, rebroadcast, livestream, transmit, or commercially exploit the match broadcast or any portion of it.No guest may film or create content that resembles live match coverage from within the viewing area.5. Branding and Commercial RestrictionsGuests, vendors, partners, and attendees may not use the event to imply any official relationship with FIFA or the competition.Unauthorized promotional activity, sampling, signage, banners, flyers, brand activations, or sponsor displays within or near the viewing area are mercial materials that conflict with event rules, licensing rules, park rules, or broadcast restrictions may be removed at the organizer’s discretion.6. Food and BeverageFood and beverages may be purchased from participating market vendors, subject to vendor availability.Outside alcohol is prohibited unless expressly permitted by law and by the event organizer.All guests are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding alcohol consumption.Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for confirming ingredients directly with vendors.7.
