These Terms and Conditions apply to attendance at the Final Match by the Bay viewing area presented as part of Margaret Farmers Market at Margaret Pace Park, Miami, Florida.By entering the viewing area or attending the event, each guest agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions, all venue rules, and all instructions from event staff and security.1. General Event InformationThe market is open to the public and admission to the market remains free.The match screening is offered as an added community viewing activity within the market.Event date, operating hours, layout, entertainment, and vendor participation are subject to change without notice due to weather, safety, operational, technical, legal, or permitting reasons.Entry may be restricted, delayed, or denied if capacity or safety limits are reached.2. Event NatureThis is an independently organized community market event.The screening and related activities are not sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially affiliated with FIFA or the competition.Event branding, promotion, and communications are intended to remain generic and independent.3. Conduct of GuestsAll guests are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner.Guests may be removed from the event, without refund or compensation, for behavior including but not limited to:Disorderly conduct.Harassment, threats, or abusive language.Fighting or aggressive behavior.Damage to property.Intoxication that creates a disturbance or safety concern.Refusal to follow directions from staff, security, or emergency personnel.4. Screenings and BroadcastMatch broadcast availability is subject to licensing, signal, equipment, weather, and technical conditions.The organizer does not guarantee uninterrupted viewing, sound quality, screen visibility, or continuous broadcast service.Delays, interruptions, cancellation of the screening, or changes to the viewing format may occur at any time.Guests may not record, rebroadcast, livestream, transmit, or commercially exploit the match broadcast or any portion of it.No guest may film or create content that resembles live match coverage from within the viewing area.5. Branding and Commercial RestrictionsGuests, vendors, partners, and attendees may not use the event to imply any official relationship with FIFA or the competition.Unauthorized promotional activity, sampling, signage, banners, flyers, brand activations, or sponsor displays within or near the viewing area are mercial materials that conflict with event rules, licensing rules, park rules, or broadcast restrictions may be removed at the organizer’s discretion.6. Food and BeverageFood and beverages may be purchased from participating market vendors, subject to vendor availability.Outside alcohol is prohibited unless expressly permitted by law and by the event organizer.All guests are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding alcohol consumption.Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for confirming ingredients directly with vendors.7. Weather and Force MajeureThe event is outdoors and may be affected by rain, lightning, wind, heat, flooding, or other weather conditions.The organizer may delay, suspend, modify, or cancel any part of the event when necessary for safety or operational reasons.The organizer is not responsible for inconvenience, travel costs, lost opportunity, or other incidental losses resulting from weather or circumstances beyond reasonable control.8. Children and PetsThe market is family-friendly. Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times.Pets are allowed only if permitted by park rules and event rules. All pets must be leashed, controlled, and managed responsibly.Owners are fully responsible for the conduct, safety, and cleanup needs of their pets.9. Photography and MediaBy attending the event, guests acknowledge that photographs, video, and audio may be captured in public areas of the market for documentation, security, and promotional use.By entering the event, guests grant the organizer the right to use their likeness as part of crowd or event imagery without compensation, to the extent permitted by law.Guests who do not wish to appear in close-up promotional content should notify event staff at the event.10. Assumption of RiskAttendance at the event is voluntary.Guests assume all risks associated with an outdoor public event, including but not limited to weather exposure, uneven ground, crowd conditions, noise, food-related risks, and incidental contact with other attendees.Each guest is responsible for their own personal property, health, hydration, and physical safety while attending.11. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizer, its officers, staff, contractors, volunteers, vendors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising out of or related to attendance at the event, including any screening interruption, vendor issue, personal property loss, personal injury, or weather-related disruption, except where liability cannot be waived under applicable law.12. Right to Refuse Entry or Remove AttendeesThe organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any person or remove any person from the event area at any time for safety, security, operational, legal, or conduct-related reasons.13. Governing RulesAttendance is subject to these Terms and Conditions, all posted event signage, venue policies, applicable local laws, park regulations, and any applicable operational or public safety requirements.14.
