Festival of Wreaths 2026

Thank you for your interest in being a food vendor at this year's event! This application is for food vendors only. Vendors are selected from qualified applicants to maintain variety and balance for the overall event experience. Submission of an application does not guarantee placement. Please review all instructions carefully before submitting.

You will also have the option to decorate and display a wreath at the event, and then take home with you!

Note: While we make every effort to limit multiple vendors offering similar items, exclusivity is not guaranteed.

Applicants must complete the appropriate application based on their business type (e.g., Food Vendor, Business Vendor, Nonprofit). Incorrect submissions will be required to resubmit under the correct category.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
ALL VENDORS shall procure and maintain for the event insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the event and the activities of the vendor, their guests, agents, representatives, employees, or subcontractors, with the following minimum scope and limits of insurance:
 
Commercial General Liability (CGL) on an “occurrence” basis, including property damage, bodily injury, and personal & advertising injury with limits no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. If a general aggregate limit applies, either the general aggregate limit shall apply separately to this project/location, or the general aggregate limit shall be twice the required occurrence limit ($2,000,000).
 
The insurance policies are to contain, or be endorsed to contain, the following Additional Insured Status:
 
The City of Murrieta, its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers are to be covered as additional insureds on the CGL policy with respect to liability arising out of or resulting from the Vendor’s participation in the event. 
 
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
If you live in, or your business is based in the city of Murrieta, a current Murrieta business license is required.
 
If you do NOT live in, or your business is not based in the City of Murrieta, a Temporary Vendor's Permit from the City of Murrieta is required.

For community members, families, businesses, and organizations who would like to participate in the Festival of Wreaths!

Celebrate the holiday season by purchasing and decorating a wreath to be displayed at the City of Murrieta's Festival of Wreaths!

How It Works:

• Purchase a wreath for $20.
• Pick up your wreath on Monday, November 30.
• Take your wreath home and decorate it however you'd like!
• Bring your decorated wreath to the Festival of Wreaths on Saturday, December 5 to be displayed on a City-provided wreath stand.
• After the event, take your wreath home to enjoy throughout the holiday season!

Wreath Decorating Guidelines:

• Keep decorations family-friendly.
• Use decorations that can withstand being transported and displayed outdoors.
• Please make sure decorations are securely attached to the wreath.
• Must use battery operated lights.
• Get creative! Holiday themes, colors, handmade decorations, and personal touches are all welcome.
• Participants are responsible for providing their own decorations.

Important Dates:

Wreath Pickup: Begins as early as Monday, November 30 (option to decorate wreath day of) 
Festival of Wreaths: Saturday, December 5

Please Note: Wreaths must be brought to the event for display and may be taken home following the event.
