Hippie Flour Child
Amy and Chas Coufal are born and bread Bishop locals who are passionate about creating healthy food to share with their community. Amy began the craft of sourdough in 2022 and immediately embraced the slow, intentional process of fermentation. Chas started out as a taste-tester, but soon found himself happily baking alongside Amy. We source organic flour from companies who work directly with farmers and prioritize quality, taste, and nutrition. We use organic ingredients whenever possible, provide vegan options, and utilize a long fermentation process (this can be beneficial for those with gluten sensitivities). Our selections range from old-world inspired rustic loaves to new and exciting creations. At Hippie Flour Child Baking Co., we celebrate longstanding baking traditions while not being bound by them.

Help Us Showcase You at Your Best!

As we launch our new Eventeny event management platform, we’re excited to create engaging, impactful vendor profiles that highlight the amazing businesses and people who make the Farm to Table Market so special.

When you complete your vendor application, be sure to include:

  • A clear, compelling description of you and your business

  • Your mission and what makes you unique

  • Your value proposition – why customers should visit your booth

  • Links to your website and social media

  • High-quality images and/or video of your products and story

The more detail you provide, the better we can promote you across our marketing channels and help you connect with customers. A complete profile means maximum visibility, stronger engagement, and more sales for you!

Let’s work together to make your presence at the market truly shine.

If you want, I can also make a shorter, high-energy version you could use directly in an email subject or Eventeny dashboard pop-up. That would help grab attention fast.
