Join us with artist vendors, brickbuilding competitions, costume contests, photo ops, and more at this FREE event for the entire family.
Fandom Fest is to celebrate and enjoy all the things we are fans of! From space explorers, dinosaurs, superheroes, fairytales, and beyond!

Parking instructions
Vendors and attendees alike are encouraged to park in the Hood Street Lot located directly across the creek from the event location. Street parking in town is free on Saturdays as well!

Facilitate sign-ups for costume and brick building contests

Closing afternoon shift will be asked to tear down pop-up tent/table

Set Up Shift - 7-9am
-Help place vendors
-Put out trash bins/extra liners
-Signs and decorations
Event Shifts
-Check in on vendors and offer breaks if needed
-Photograph event
-Collect trash/replace liners
-Other assistance as needed
Tear Down Shift - 3:30-5:30pm
- Help vendors leave in an orderly fashion
- Collect trash bins
- Tear down signs and decorations
- General cleanup

This position is for an outgoing and outspoken personality who will be in charge of narrating the multiple contests, sharing sponsor information over the loudspeaker, introducing any entertainers, etc. throughout the entire festival day.
