Spring Fling is a family-friendly outdoor event hosted by Peachy Play Zone and World Champion Taekwondo, bringing together local businesses and the community for a high-energy day of fun. Tent vendors will have the opportunity to showcase their products or services, connect with local families, and engage directly with attendees
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own 10x10 tent, table(s), and chair(s)
- Tents must be properly weighted (no stakes due to outdoor setup)
- Setup time will be provided prior to the event; early breakdown is not permitted
- Vendors are responsible for their own display, signage, and materials
- Access to electricity is not provided
- All vendors must be family-friendly and appropriate for a children’s event
- Food vendors must comply with local health and permit requirements
- Vendors are responsible for any required licenses, permits, or insurance
