Tent Vendor

Spring Fling is a family-friendly outdoor event hosted by Peachy Play Zone and World Champion Taekwondo, bringing together local businesses and the community for a high-energy day of fun. Tent vendors will have the opportunity to showcase their products or services, connect with local families, and engage directly with attendees

• Vendors are responsible for providing their own 10x10 tent, table(s), and chair(s)
• Tents must be properly weighted (no stakes due to outdoor setup)
• Setup time will be provided prior to the event; early breakdown is not permitted
• Vendors are responsible for their own display, signage, and materials
• Access to electricity is not provided
• All vendors must be family-friendly and appropriate for a children’s event
• Food vendors must comply with local health and permit requirements
• Vendors are responsible for any required licenses, permits, or insurance

• All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Vendor spaces are assigned by the event host and may not be shared without prior approval
• Vendors are responsible for their own setup, materials, and personal property; event hosts are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage 
• Vendors agree to operate in a safe, family-friendly manner at all times
• Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including permits, licenses, and insurance requirements
• No early breakdown; vendors must remain set up for the duration of the event
• The event will take place rain or shine unless otherwise communicated by the hosts
• Event hosts reserve the right to refuse participation or remove vendors who do not comply with event guidelines or whose conduct is deemed inappropriate
• By participating, vendors agree to allow event photos and videos to be used for promotional purposes
