Fall Kickoff Block Party – Vendor Terms & Conditions
Event: Fall Kickoff Block Party
Date: Saturday, September 12, 2026
Time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Stars and Strikes, Woodstock, Georgia
These Terms & Conditions apply to all vendors participating in the Fall Kickoff Block Party. By submitting an application, making payment, or participating in the Event, Vendor agrees to all terms outlined below.
1. Vendor Acceptance
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendor selection is at the sole discretion of Goin' Social Events and is based on event needs, vendor category, product quality, professionalism, overall event balance, and available space.
2. Vendor Fees
All vendor fees must be paid by the stated deadline.
Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Failure to pay by the deadline may result in forfeiture of the vendor space.
3. Booth Space
Standard booth spaces measure 10' × 10', unless otherwise approved.
Vendors must remain within their assigned space.
Booth assignments are determined by Event Management and may change at any time if operationally necessary.
Vendors may not transfer, share, or sublease their space without written approval.
4. Vendor Responsibilities
Each vendor is responsible for providing all equipment necessary to operate, including but not limited to:
Tent/canopy
Tent weights
Tables
Chairs
Displays
Signage
Merchandise
Extension cords (if electricity has been approved)
No tents, tables, chairs, or equipment will be provided.
5. Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must arrive during the designated load-in period.
Booths must be fully set up before the Event opens.
Vendors must remain open during all published event hours.
Early breakdown or departure is prohibited without approval from Event Management.
Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean and free of debris.
6. Food Vendors
Food vendors and food trucks are responsible for obtaining all required licenses, permits, inspections, and health department approvals.
Food vendors must comply with all Cherokee County, State of Georgia, and venue regulations.
7. Electricity
Electricity is limited and available only when approved in advance.
Vendors must provide their own heavy-duty extension cords and equipment.
Event Management is not responsible for power interruptions or equipment failure.
8. Weather
The Event will be held rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe.
No refunds will be issued due to:
Weather
Low attendance
Vendor sales
Acts of God
Venue decisions
Circumstances beyond Event Management's control
9. Sales Disclaimer
Goin' Social Events, Stars and Strikes, and World Championship Taekwondo make no guarantee regarding:
Attendance
Customer traffic
Sales
Revenue
Profitability
Marketing exposure
Participation is at the Vendor's own business risk.
10. Conduct
Vendors shall conduct themselves professionally at all times.
The following may result in immediate removal without refund:
Unsafe operation
Offensive or inappropriate behavior
Selling unapproved merchandise
Blocking neighboring vendors or walkways
Failure to follow Event Management instructions
11. Liability
Vendor assumes all risks associated with participation.
Goin' Social Events, Stars and Strikes, World Championship Taekwondo, their owners, employees, volunteers, sponsors, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
Loss of sales
Lost profits
Lost business opportunities
Theft
Damage to merchandise
Damage to vehicles
Damage to equipment
Personal injury
Property damage
Business interruption
Weather-related losses
Acts of attendees or third parties
Vendor is solely responsible for securing and insuring all property brought to the Event.
12. Indemnification
Vendor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Goin' Social Events, Stars and Strikes, World Championship Taekwondo, and their owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from Vendor participation.
13. Photography
Vendor grants Event Management permission to photograph and record Vendor booths, products, logos, and personnel for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without compensation.
14. Event Changes
Event Management reserves the right to modify:
Vendor layout
Booth assignments
Event schedule
Operating procedures
Vendor categories
Event rules
as necessary for safety and operational purposes.
15. Agreement
By submitting an application, paying vendor fees, or participating in the Fall Kickoff Block Party, Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and accept full responsibility for their participation.
