The safety of our guests, vendors, and magical crew is our top priority. To ensure a fun and secure experience for all, please review and follow our Health & Safety Guidelines: Cleanliness & Hygiene Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the venue. Vendors are required to keep booths clean and regularly sanitize high-touch surfaces. Guests are encouraged to wash or sanitize hands frequently. Illness Policy If you or anyone in your party is feeling unwell or has been exposed to a contagious illness, please stay home and prioritize your health and the well-being of others. Emergency Services First aid services will be available on-site. In case of emergency, please locate the nearest staff member or security personnel. Security & Safety Our event is monitored by a professional security team for everyone’s safety. All guests are subject to bag checks upon entry. Get ready for a full-throttle day of desert highway magic featuring: 200+ small business vendors Themed food & drink menus Radiator Rollout by the Zoni Girls Soft play area for littlest racers Immersive Route 66-style photo ops 15 characters roaming throughout the event This ticket is required for all guests ages 6 and older. Children 5 and under do not require a ticket. Bring your pit crew, fuel up, and spend the day cruising vendor row, shopping incredible small businesses, and soaking in the magic. Add the Radiator Rollout Skating Experience to your day for an interactive, high-energy rollerblading activation presented by the Zoni Girls. This add-on gives your child access to skate within our designated Radiator Rollout zone during event hours. We’re so excited you’re interested in being part of the Fairytale Finds Market β€” the happiest market in Arizona!Β 

This one-day event will take place from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and we are curating a truly magical experience for guests with over 200+ enchanting vendors.

Β Vendor Fees:

  • Standard Booth (10x10): $250

  • Food Trucks: $250

  • Additional Booth Space: +$125 (limited availability)

By accepting your spot and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the updated pricing for this event. Vendors who do not wish to proceed due to the price increase must notify us in writing no later than January 31st at 11:59 PM (MST) to be eligible for a refund.

Requests received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund, as vendor placement, marketing, and event logistics will have already been finalized. Failure to notify us by the stated deadline will be considered acceptance of the updated price and commitment to participate in the event.

  • We are a themed event, and consistency is key to the magic!
