Fair Oaks Chicken Festival - 20th annual

Event Details: September 20, 2025 | 12p-6p | Fair Oaks Park Vendors in this category are defined as a business that offers tangible products or services for purchase. This category also includes those that are recognized by CDTFA as 6015 retailers or Qualified Itinerants. If you are selling multiple product lines you are required to purchase a booth space for each product.

Calling all performers! The Fair Oaks Recreation & Park District is looking for talented performers and groups to perform at the pancake breakfast on the morning of the Fair Oaks Chicken Festival (Sept. 20, 25). Pancake breakfast happens at the Orangevale/Fair Oaks Grange (5807 Walnut Ave. Orangevale, CA).  To be considered as a performer or demonstration group, please fill out the entire application form and submit no later than July 14 , 2025. No compensation will be paid to the performer(s) or demonstration group(s). Performances will be between 8am-9:45am. FORPD will do our best to work with your group but ultimately the performance time and details will be decided by FORPD and what works best for the event itself. FORPD will notify each individual or group after the deadline with a completed schedule.
