Escape to the Cape Retreat | October 22–26, 2026
Escape to the Cape is an intimate four-night creative and wellness getaway in beautiful Falmouth, Cape Cod. Limited to just 7 retreat guests, the experience combines art, wellness, local history, exploration and plenty of time to enjoy the Cape.
Your retreat package includes four nights of lodging at the renowned Sea Captains Estate (private room and bathroom), three full days of scheduled creative and wellness experiences, yoga, Zumba, drawing, watercolor, plein air painting and journaling, seashell painting, a sound bowl meditation, local historic tours, a travel watercolor kit to keep, and all art supplies. Continental breakfast, a light lunch buffet, and afternoon wine and cheese are also included each retreat day.
Not included: Airfare, transportation between the airport and Falmouth, dinners, and personal purchases or expenses.
Arrive Thursday, October 22, settle in and get ready to spend three days creating, exploring and recharging. Departure is Monday morning, October 26.

Health & Safety Guidelines
Your comfort and safety are important throughout Escape to the Cape. Guests are encouraged to participate at a level that feels appropriate for them and to communicate with retreat leaders or instructors if accommodations are needed.
Wellness & Physical Activities: Yoga, Zumba, walking tours, plein air painting and other activities may involve walking, standing, uneven surfaces or moderate physical activity. Participation is voluntary, and guests are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for their individual abilities.
Health Considerations: Guests are responsible for bringing any medications and personal health items they may need during the retreat. If you have a condition, allergy or mobility concern that may require accommodation during scheduled activities, please let us know in advance so we can determine what reasonable accommodations may be available.
Food Allergies & Dietary Needs: Please provide dietary restrictions or food allergy information prior to arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen or food-preparation environment.
Illness: If you become ill or experience symptoms of a contagious illness immediately before or during the retreat, please notify the retreat organizer and avoid participating in group activities when appropriate to help protect other guests.
Alcohol: Wine will be available during designated retreat gatherings for guests age 21 and older. Guests who choose to consume alcohol are expected to do so responsibly.
Outdoor Activities: Cape Cod weather and outdoor conditions can change quickly. Guests should bring appropriate footwear and clothing for walking, outdoor painting and seasonal weather. Outdoor activities may be modified, relocated or moved indoors when conditions warrant.
Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, emergency services will be contacted when appropriate. Guests are responsible for their own medical care, medications and any resulting medical expen

Terms & Conditions
Registration & Payment
EARLYBIRD Registration for Escape to the Cape is $1,280 per person and must be paid in full at the time of registration. After September 14th registration is $1,500. Space is limited to 7 retreat guests, and your place is confirmed once full payment has been received.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because Escape to the Cape is a small, intimate retreat and lodging, instructors, activities and other expenses must be reserved in advance, our cancellation window is limited.
If you cancel on or before October 5, 2026, you will receive a 50% refund of your retreat registration fee, less any nonrefundable payment-processing fees.
After October 5, 2026, retreat registration is nonrefundable.
Minimum Enrollment & Retreat Cancellation
Escape to the Cape requires minimum enrollment to operate. If the retreat must be cancelled by the organizer because minimum enrollment is not reached, retreat registration payments will be refunded.
The organizer is not responsible for airfare, transportation, travel reservations or other expenses incurred by guests. For this reason, guests are encouraged to purchase refundable travel arrangements or appropriate travel insurance.
What's Included
The retreat package includes four nights of lodging; three days of scheduled creative, wellness and Cape Cod experiences; scheduled art and wellness instruction; local tours included in the published itinerary; a travel watercolor kit to keep; all required art supplies; continental breakfast, light lunch buffet, and afternoon wine and cheese during the three retreat days.
What's Not Included
Airfare, transportation to and from Falmouth, dinners, travel insurance, personal purchases, additional alcoholic beverages, and activities or expenses not specifically identified as part of the retreat package are not included.
Lodging
Retreat lodging is provided as part of the package and may include shared accommodations and common areas. Specific rooms or beds cannot be guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
Schedule & Activity Changes
The published itinerary represents the planned retreat experience. Activities, instructors, locations and times may be adjusted or substituted when necessary due to weather, availability or circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control.
Outdoor activities, including plein air painting and walking tours, may be modified, relocated or moved indoors due to weather.
Meals, Allergies & Dietary Needs
Guests should provide information about food allergies or dietary restrictions before the retreat. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary needs; however, allergen-free food preparation or environments cannot be guaranteed.

Participation in yoga, Zumba, walking tours, meditation and other physical or wellness activities is voluntary. Guests are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for their individual abilities and should participate at their own comfort level.

Wine may be served during designated retreat gatherings to guests age 21 and older. Guests choosing to consume alcohol are responsible for doing so responsibly.
Local Participants
Certain classes or activities included in the retreat itinerary may also be offered separately to local participants. Retreat guests remain guaranteed participation in all activities included with their retreat registration.
Personal Property & Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and travel arrangements. The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property or for delays, cancellations or expenses related to transportation or other third-party travel services.
Photography
Photographs or video may be taken during the retreat for future promotional purposes. Guests who prefer not to appear in promotional photography should notify the organizer.
Agreement
By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions and understand the retreat's cancellation and refund policies.
We look forward to welcoming you to Cape Cod for four nights of creativity, connection, exploration and renewal.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another guest with prior approval.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that provides coverage for unexpected illness, emergencies, travel interruptions or other circumstances that could prevent you from attending.
If Escape to the Cape is cancelled by the organizer, retreat registration fees will be refunded. The organizer is not responsible for airfare, airport transportation, travel insurance or other travel expenses incurred by guests.
