We're accepting vendor applications for the Upper East Side's End-of-Summer Block Party: an Art-block Pop-Up, and we want all types of handmade crafts and original artwork. Painters, jewelers, textile artists, woodworkers, ceramicists, candle makers, you name it. The only rules are simple: you made it, it's yours, and no AI, no Temu, no exceptions.
