Endless Summerfest 2026 – Terms & Conditions
Event Date: Saturday, July 18th, 2026
Location: The Mill on Etowah – Canton, Georgia
Hosted By: Goin’ Social Events (“Event Organizer”)
By attending, participating in, or entering Endless Summerfest 2026 (“Event”), all attendees, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, performers, and guests (“Participants”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge and understand that attendance at a public outdoor event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, weather-related hazards, crowd-related incidents, and other unforeseen risks. Participants voluntarily assume all such risks associated with attending or participating in the Event.
2. Release and Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, Participants hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Goin’ Social Events, The Mill on Etowah, event partners, nonprofit partners, sponsors, contractors, volunteers, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in or attendance at the Event, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
3. Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Event Organizer and all affiliated parties from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from Participant actions, omissions, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
4. Photography & Media Release
By attending the Event, Participants grant permission to the Event Organizer to capture, use, reproduce, and distribute photographs, video recordings, and other media taken during the Event for promotional, marketing, advertising, and archival purposes without compensation, notification, or approval.
5. Event Modifications & Cancellation
The Event Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, programming, layout, vendors, entertainment, or activities at any time. The Event may be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather, safety concerns, acts of God, government orders, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. No guarantees are made regarding attendance, weather conditions, or vendor sales.
6. Code of Conduct
All Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. The Event Organizer reserves the right to remove any individual engaging in disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behavior without refund or compensation.
7. Vendors & Commercial Activity
All vendors must be approved and permitted by the Event Organizer. Unauthorized sales, solicitation, or distribution of materials are strictly prohibited. Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable Georgia state, county, and municipal laws, including licensing, permits, sales tax, and health regulations.
8. Alcohol & Controlled Substances
Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas and in accordance with Georgia law. Illegal substances, weapons, or unlawful items are strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the Event and notification of law enforcement.
9. Minors
Endless Summerfest is a family-friendly event. Minors must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. The Event Organizer assumes no responsibility for unattended minors.
10. Nonprofit Fundraising Disclaimer
While the Event partners with a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, attendance at the Event does not guarantee specific donation amounts. Fundraising efforts are subject to Event costs, operational expenses, and applicable laws.
11. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal action arising from these Terms or the Event shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Cherokee County, Georgia.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Georgia law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By attending or participating in Endless Summerfest 2026, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
