Vendors are responsible for maintaining a safe and hazard-free booth space at all times.Walkways, entrances, exits, and neighboring vendor spaces must remain clear and unobstructed.All tents, canopies, displays, and equipment must be properly secured with adequate weights and/or stakes to prevent injury or damage due to wind or weather conditions.Vendors should regularly inspect their setup throughout the event to ensure it remains safe and stable.Food Vendors
Vendors selling food or beverages must comply with all applicable local, county, state, and federal health regulations.Food vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required permits, licenses, certifications, and inspections.Proper food handling, storage, preparation, and sanitation procedures must be followed at all times.Vendors must maintain appropriate temperatures for hot and cold food items and take necessary precautions to prevent contamination.Fire Safety
Open flames, propane tanks, generators, cooking equipment, and heating devices must be operated safely and in accordance with local regulations.Fire extinguishers are strongly recommended for all vendors and may be required for food vendors using cooking equipment.Flammable materials must be stored safely and away from ignition sources.Electrical Equipment
