The health, safety, and well-being of our vendors, customers, volunteers, and community members are a top priority. By participating in Palm Bay Farmers Market, vendors agree to comply with the following guidelines: General Safety: Vendors are responsible for maintaining a safe and hazard-free booth space at all times. Walkways, entrances, exits, and neighboring vendor spaces must remain clear and unobstructed. All tents, canopies, displays, and equipment must be properly secured with adequate weights and/or stakes to prevent injury or damage due to wind or weather conditions. Vendors should regularly inspect their setup throughout the event to ensure it remains safe and stable. Food Vendors: Vendors selling food or beverages must comply with all applicable local, county, state, and federal health regulations. Food vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required permits, licenses, certifications, and inspections. Proper food handling, storage, preparation, and sanitation procedures must be followed at all times. Vendors must maintain appropriate temperatures for hot and cold food items and take necessary precautions to prevent contamination. Fire Safety: Open flames, propane tanks, generators, cooking equipment, and heating devices must be operated safely and in accordance with local regulations. Fire extinguishers are strongly recommended for all vendors and may be required for food vendors using cooking equipment. Flammable materials must be stored safely and away from ignition sources. Electrical Equipment: Vendors using electrical equipment are responsible for ensuring all cords, power sources, batteries, and generators are in safe working condition. Extension cords must be secured to minimize tripping hazards Palm Bay Farmers Market does not provide electrical service unless otherwise stated. Weather Awareness: Vendors are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and taking appropriate precautions to protect themselves, customers, and their property.In the event of severe weather, vendors must follow any instructions provided by market organizers. Market organizers reserve the right to delay, suspend, or close the event if conditions become unsafe. Children & Pets: Vendors are responsible for the supervision and safety of any children accompanying them. Pets brought by vendors must be well-behaved, properly restrained, and under control at all times. Aggressive or disruptive animals may be asked to leave the event. Emergencies: Any accident, injury, medical emergency, property damage, or safety concern should be reported to market staff immediately. Vendors are encouraged to maintain a basic first-aid kit at their booth. Compliance: Vendors who fail to follow health and safety guidelines may be asked to correct the issue immediately. Market organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor, display, equipment, or activity deemed unsafe or hazardous without refund.By participating in Palm Bay Farmers Market, vendors acknowledge their responsibility to operate safely and help create a welcoming, family-friendly environment for all attendees. Palm Bay Farmers Market is a family-friendly event. Vendors must ensure products, displays, language, music, and promotional materials are appropriate for a general audience, including children.

Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions: Vendor Set-Up &Operations: Vendor arrival begins at 8:00 AM. All vendors must be fully set up and ready for business no later than 9:30 AM. The market is open to the public from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Vendors may close and depart at their discretion; however, remaining for the duration of the event is encouraged to support the overall success of the market. Vendor Responsibilities: Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment and supplies for their booth, including but not limited to: Tent/CanopyTables and ChairsSignage Tent Weights and/or Stakes Extension Cords and Independent Power Sources (if needed) Electricity is not provided by the venue. Professional Conduct: Vendors and their staff are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner at all times. Appropriate attire and behavior are required while participating in the market. Weather Policy: Palm Bay Farmers Market is a Rain or Shine event. Vendor fees are non-refundable due to weather-related decisions made by the vendor. Market organizers reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel the event if severe weather or unsafe conditions arise. Vendor Fees & Cancellation Policy: Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once a vendor has been approved and accepted into the market. If a vendor withdraws, cancels, or fails to attend for any reason, no refund will be issued. Booth Location: Vendor spaces are located either in grass or on pavement. Vendors should plan accordingly and ensure their setup is suitable for outdoor conditions. Liability Waiver: Vendors participate at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their property, products, equipment, and personnel. Vendors agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Palm Bay Farmers Market, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, venue owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in the event. Clean-Up: Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean booth space throughout the event. At the conclusion of the market, vendors must remove all equipment, products, trash, and debris, leaving their space in the same condition in which it was found. Acceptance of Terms: Submission of this application constitutes an electronic signature and confirms the vendor's agreement to abide by all Palm Bay Farmers Market rules, regulations, and policies. Product Approval: Palm Bay Farmers Market reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove any vendor, product, display, or activity deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with the market's mission and community standards.
