Emotional Intelligence (EI) equips homeless shelter staff, case managers and others with the skills to understand and manage emotions in themselves and their clients. This, in turn, improves decision-making, client relationships, and overall job effectiveness. This event is free and open to anyone working to prevent homelessness. Seats are limited so reserve your as soon as possible.

Health & safety guidelines

1. Prioritize Hand Hygiene: Frequent handwashing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or using hand sanitizer when soap is unavailable can reduce infection risk. 4.
