Welcome to Ellesmere 2026 Winter Festival.Join thousands of visitors in the heart of Ellesmere for a magical evening of festive shopping, food, entertainment and Christmas celebrations. We are seeking quality artisan makers, local producers, retailers, food vendors and community organisations to help create an unforgettable Winter Festival experience.

Visitor Safety Information The Discover Ellesmere Winter Festival is a busy outdoor event taking place during the winter months. To help everyone enjoy the event safely, we ask visitors to: Wear suitable clothing and footwear for winter weather conditions. Take extra care on uneven surfaces, kerbs and footpaths. Keep children under close supervision at all times. Follow instructions from event staff, volunteers, stewards and emergency services personnel. Respect road closures, barriers and restricted areas. Keep walkways, emergency access routes and entrances clear. Report any accidents, hazards or concerns to a member of the event team. Be mindful of hot food, drinks and cooking equipment within trader areas. Ensure dogs are kept on a lead and under control at all times. Dispose of litter responsibly and help keep Ellesmere tidy. Medical Assistance If you require first aid or emergency assistance during the event, please speak to the nearest steward or event volunteer who will direct you to the appropriate support. Lost Children If you become separated from a child, please notify the nearest steward, volunteer or member of the event team immediately.

Discover Ellesmere Winter Festival – Visitor Information & Conditions of Entry Admission Entry to the event is free unless otherwise stated. Visitors attend at their own risk. Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times. Photography & Filming Photography and video recording may take place throughout the event. By attending, visitors acknowledge that images may be used for promotional purposes by Discover Ellesmere CIC. Safety Visitors must follow instructions from event staff, stewards, volunteers and emergency services personnel. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive or offensive. Personal Property Visitors are responsible for their own belongings. Discover Ellesmere CIC accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to personal property. Weather The event will proceed in most weather conditions. Visitors should dress appropriately for winter weather. Traders & Third Parties Goods and services sold by traders remain the responsibility of the individual trader. Discover Ellesmere CIC accepts no liability for purchases made from third-party vendors. Event Changes The organisers reserve the right to amend, postpone or cancel any part of the event where necessary for safety, operational or unforeseen circumstances.
