Each year, the Duluth Fall Festival welcomes about 25 local acts, including musicians, dancers, magicians, and other performers to share their talent with the thousands of guests who visit the Festival. Performances take place on either of two stages: Festival Center Stage or Parsons Alley Stage.
Performers are NOT paid, but we do provide a table where performers can sell merchandise such as CDs and T-shirts.
Performance Length: 30 to 45 minutes* (depending on the complexity of the setup)
*Actual time allotment will be determined by the Entertainment Committee
Promotional Material: Please submit a sound file demo with your application. A section in the application enables you to provide a web page link for your audition, if you have one.

Entertainment Selection
The Entertainment Committee receives many more entertainment applications than can be accommodated; acts are selected based on appropriate criteria. All performance inquiries should be directed to the Entertainment Committee.
Acceptance Notification
Applicants will be notified of acceptance after August 1st. At that time, detailed performance information will be provided.
Saturday of the Festival kicks off an incredible day of tradition and fun that is Duluth's biggest day of the year. The Festival starts with an old-fashioned, small-town parade with hundreds of cheering spectators lining the route. It's a great way for local organizations to show community involvement. So come join the fun. We know you'll enjoy participating!
Participant Selection: After the application deadline, the Duluth Fall Festival Parade Committee will choose the participants. The Parade Committee receives many more applications than can be accommodated; participants will be selected based on appropriate criteria. All Parade inquiries should be directed to the Parade Committee. Acceptance Notification Applicants will be notified of acceptance after September 20th. At that time, detailed participant information will be provided.
