In this class we will work through drawing exercises from the book Drawing on the Right Side of Your Brain. It is for those people who want to discover a love of drawing or who would like to fine tune an existing talent. Come explore all this wonderful book has to offer. We will provide drawing utensils such as pencils and charcoal. We will also provide loose drawing paper, but participants may want to bring their own sketchbook. This class is limited to participants 10 & up. Session A of Drawing on the Right Side of Your Brain will be April 8, 2022 from 10-11 AM. Session B of Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain will be from April 22, 2022 from 10-11 AM and Session C will be Friday April 29, 2022 from 10 to 11 AM. There is a minimum of 5 participants and a maximum of 16. If the minimum is not met, participants will be refunded.  About Molly Nelko: A native of Mobile, AL, Molly Nelko has joined Kentuck’s staff as our Programming Assistant! She attended Springhill College and received a BA in fine art with a focus on oil painting and printmaking. Her work has been in individual exhibitions from Portland, OR to Hilton Head SC, and can be found online. Molly currently lives in Tuscaloosa with her husband, three children, and cat Quill. She has experimented with many different forms of art, and some of her favorites are encaustic, tessellations, and ink wash. Molly currently works in her studio regularly, but her focus has become more about enjoying creative projects with her children.
