Thank you for your interest in participating in Drag Queen Bingo...at Night! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
All vendors must provide the following to be considered:
- Annual Vendor/Mobile Permit if you have one
- Tulare County Health Temporary Food Booth Application (TFF)
- Certificate of Insurance naming The Source LGBT+ Center, employees and Volunteers as Additional Insured.
- Must have a handwashing station as defined by the Tulare County Health Dept. regualtions
