Drag Race 2026

Space – Each vendor will receive a 10x10 space. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and chairs. Tents are required to have weights (no stakes allowed on pavement). Electricity – This is a street event; no electricity or generators will be provided. Quiet battery power is allowed if needed. Permits & Insurance – Vendors are responsible for any required permits, licenses, and liability insurance. Food vendors must comply with health department regulations. Engagement – Vendors are encouraged to decorate their booths, interact with attendees, and bring Pride-themed displays. Candy, giveaways, or interactive elements are always welcome. Placement – Booth placement is at the discretion of event organizers and cannot be changed the day of the event. Weather – This is a rain-or-shine event. Please plan accordingly. Respect & Inclusion – Winter Pride is an LGBTQ+ community celebration. Vendors are expected to maintain a positive, inclusive presence. Any discriminatory or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
