Hometown Exhibitor applications are now open for Downtown Block Party hosted by The Tavern on Broadway!
Join us on May 30, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM in Downtown Prosper on Broadway Street for the daytime Family-Friendly Festival portion of this exciting all-day event. This high-energy celebration will feature a BMX Show, live music, downtown shopping, and a vibrant marketplace experience for attendees of all ages.
Hosted by The Tavern on Broadway in partnership with The Town of Prosper, Brown & Griffin Real Estate, and participating downtown businesses, this event is expected to bring strong community attendance and excellent visibility for local vendors.
Hometown Exhibitors are invited to showcase their business, products, services, and community involvement during the daytime festival. This is a great opportunity to connect with residents, visitors, and families while being part of one of Downtown Prosper’s biggest events of the year. Please note that booth vendors are part of the daytime festival only and must close operations at 6:00 PM when the evening ticketed concert begins. Applications will be approved through a juried process.
PLEASE NOTE: Exhibitors are responsible for providing all booth setup materials, including tents, tables, sandbags, chairs, signage, and any other necessary display items. No tents, tables, sandbags or chairs will be provided by the event organizers.
The evening ticketed concert featuring Josh Abbott Band is separate from the daytime exhibitor marketplace and is open to ticketed guests ages 18+ only.
