Downtown Doral Arts Festival — Organic Vendor MarketJoin us for a vibrant two-day celebration of art, culture, and community in the heart of Downtown Doral. The Downtown Doral Arts Festival will transform one of Doral’s busiest commercial districts into a pedestrian-friendly outdoor experience featuring 80+ artists, live activity, and thousands of visitors exploring the surrounding restaurants, shops, and businesses.To complement the arts festival, we are opening only 13 exclusive spaces for organic and specialty market vendors. This is a highly limited opportunity designed to bring a curated selection of products to the event without competing with the main art-focused experience.Ideal categories include local honey and bee products, flowers and plants, dried fruits and nuts, prepackaged kettle corn, teas and herbs, olive oils and gourmet products, natural soaps and skincare, candles and aromatherapy, healthy snacks and superfoods, natural pet products, jams and preserves, spices, specialty packaged foods, and similar artisanal or organic products.No cooking or food preparation will be permitted on site.

The Downtown Doral Arts Festival host will provide participating vendors with parking tickets/passes for a designated FREE vendor parking area during the event weekend.On Saturday, vendors may enter the designated load-in area beginning at 8:00 AM to unload merchandise, tents, displays, and equipment. All unloading must be completed and vendor vehicles must be removed from the event area no later than 9:30 AM. Due to police orders and scheduled street closures, no vendor vehicle access or load-in will be permitted after 9:30 AM.After unloading, vendors must immediately move their vehicles to the designated vendor parking area. The event host will provide the necessary parking ticket/pass so participating vendors can park there at no additional charge.Important Parking RulesFree vendor parking is available only in the designated area assigned by the event host.Vendors must display or use the provided parking ticket/pass as instructed.Parking passes are intended for participating vendors and may not be transferred to attendees or other unauthorized vehicles.Vendors may not leave vehicles inside the festival footprint, closed streets, fire lanes, loading zones, or other restricted areas during event hours.Please follow all instructions from Downtown Doral Arts Festival personnel, police officers, parking personnel, and East Coast Marketplace managers regarding vehicle movement and parking.Vendors should not attempt to re-enter the closed event area with their vehicle during festival hours unless specifically authorized by management or law enforcement.On Sunday, vendors should park directly in the designated vendor parking area unless management provides separate Sunday access instructions.After the festival closes at 6:00 PM on Sunday, vendors must wait for authorization before bringing vehicles into the event area for load-out. Do not move a vehicle into the festival footprint until police or event management confirms that vehicle access is open.Please keep your parking ticket/pass available throughout the weekend. Lost or improperly used parking passes may not be replaceable.The purpose of these procedures is to ensure a safe and organized load-in/load-out process while keeping the festival area completely pedestrian-friendly during operating hours.

Health & safety
To maintain a safe, professional, and enjoyable environment at the Downtown Doral Arts Festival, all participating vendors must comply with these Health & Safety Guidelines, the festival host’s official protocols, and instructions from authorized Downtown Doral Arts Festival personnel, East Coast Marketplace (ECM) managers, law enforcement, fire/rescue personnel, and other public-safety officials.1. General Safety & ComplianceVendors must operate their booths in a manner that protects attendees, other vendors, artists, staff, and surrounding businesses. All instructions issued by authorized event management, police, fire/rescue, or other public-safety authorities must be followed immediately.Unsafe conditions or activities may result in temporary suspension of operations or removal from the event.2. Tent & Booth SafetyAll tents, canopies, displays, tables, signs, and merchandise must be properly secured and remain within the vendor's assigned space.Tent weights are mandatory. Vendors must use adequate professional weights on every tent leg. Stakes may not be used unless specifically authorized by event management.Nothing may obstruct pedestrian walkways, neighboring booths, building entrances, fire lanes, emergency exits, or emergency-access routes.3. Weather & WindThis is an outdoor event, and vendors must be prepared for changing weather conditions, including heat, rain, and wind.Management may require vendors to lower or remove tents, walls, signs, umbrellas, displays, or other equipment when weather conditions create a safety concern. If management, police, fire/rescue, or the festival host orders an evacuation, closure, or temporary suspension, vendors must comply immediately.4. Food & Organic Product SafetyCooking or food preparation on site is not permitted. This includes grilling, frying, heating, or other cooking activities.Vendors selling edible products must maintain their products in sanitary conditions and comply with all applicable food-safety, labeling, storage, temperature-control, licensing, and regulatory requirements.Food products must be protected from contamination, unnecessary handling, insects, weather exposure, and contact with the ground.5. SamplesAny vendor offering approved food or beverage samples is responsible for maintaining sanitary serving practices and complying with applicable health regulations.Samples must be protected from contamination and distributed using appropriate single-use utensils, cups, containers, or other sanitary methods when required.6. Fire & Electrical SafetyOpen flames, cooking equipment, grills, fryers, and other unauthorized heat-producing equipment are prohibited.Electrical cords and equipment must be in safe working condition. Cords may not create tripping hazards or block pedestrian routes. Any electrical equipment or power source must comply with festival requirements and applicable fire-safety rules.7. Cleanliness & WasteEach vendor is responsible for keeping their booth and surrounding area clean throughout the event.Trash, cardboard, packaging, food waste, and other materials must be properly contained and disposed of in designated areas. Vendors may not leave trash, merchandise, equipment, liquids, or debris behind after final breakdown.The vendor space must be returned clean at the end of the event.8. Pedestrian & Vehicle SafetyOnce streets are closed to vehicles, vendors may not drive into the festival area without authorization.During load-in and load-out, vehicles must move slowly and follow all directions from event management and law enforcement. Pedestrians always have priority.Vendors may not bring vehicles into the event footprint for Sunday load-out until authorized by event management or police.9. Children & PetsVendors who bring children into the event area are responsible for supervising them at all times.Any permitted animals must remain properly controlled and may not create a safety, sanitation, or disruption issue. Service animals must be accommodated as required by applicable law.10. Illness & Personal SafetyVendors and staff who are experiencing symptoms of a potentially contagious illness should not attend or handle food products.Because this is an outdoor event, vendors should prepare appropriately for sun and heat exposure and are encouraged to bring drinking water, sunscreen, appropriate clothing, and other necessary personal protection.11. Emergency ProceduresIn an emergency, vendors must remain calm and immediately follow instructions from police, fire/rescue, festival personnel, or ECM management.Emergency routes and access points must remain clear at all times. Vendors should never attempt to interfere with emergency personnel or move equipment into an emergency-access route.For an immediate life-threatening emergency, call 911 and then notify event management as soon as reasonably possible.12. Festival Host ProtocolsThe event is hosted by the Downtown Doral Arts Festival. These guidelines supplement, and do not replace, the host's official safety and operational protocols.All vendors are required to comply with the rules and protocols established by the festival host, as well as instructions from authorized festival personnel and designated East Coast Marketplace managers.Failure to comply with health, safety, police, fire, festival, or management instructions may result in immediate removal from the event without permission to continue operating.By participating in the Downtown Doral Arts Festival, each vendor acknowledges responsibility for maintaining a safe booth and agrees to comply with these Health & Safety Guidelines throughout setup, event operations, overnight periods where applicable, and breakdown.

Please complete this form with accurate information about your business, product category, and setup needs, and upload the required documentation, including a Certificate of Insurance (COI). This application is not for food or beverage vendors. If you sell food, drinks, baked goods, or any edible products, you must apply through the food vendor application and provide the required DBPR and Food Handler documentation.

Submitting an application does not guarantee participation. Our team reviews each submission to maintain a balanced vendor mix and overall guest experience. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your Sunday date(s), booth fee details, and setup instructions.

Vendor Terms & Conditions1. Festival Authority & ManagementThis event is hosted by the Downtown Doral Arts Festival. All participating vendors must comply with all festival rules, protocols, security procedures, City requirements, police instructions, and operational guidelines established by the festival organizers.While on site, vendors must follow instructions provided by authorized Downtown Doral Arts Festival personnel and designated East Coast Marketplace managers only. Vendors should not make operational changes based on instructions from other vendors, attendees, or unauthorized individuals.If a festival, police, fire, City, property-management, or public-safety requirement conflicts with an ECM instruction, the applicable official safety or festival requirement will take precedence.2. Vendor Selection & ProductsOnly 13 organic/specialty vendor spaces are available. Participation is curated, and acceptance does not guarantee exclusivity unless specifically confirmed in writing.Approved categories may include honey and bee products, flowers and plants, dried fruits and nuts, prepackaged kettle corn, teas and herbs, olive oils, jams and preserves, spices, natural soaps and skincare, candles and aromatherapy products, healthy packaged snacks, natural pet products, and other approved artisanal or organic products.Vendors may sell only the products approved in their application. Adding products or changing the nature of the booth without prior approval is prohibited.3. No On-Site CookingNo cooking, heating, frying, grilling, or food preparation is permitted on site. Food vendors must sell only products approved for this event and must comply with all applicable food-safety, licensing, packaging, and labeling requirements.4. Saturday Load-In — Strict DeadlineSaturday vendor load-in begins at 8:00 AM and ends at 9:30 AM.Due to police orders and street-closure procedures, NO LOAD-IN WILL BE PERMITTED AFTER 9:30 AM. Vendors arriving late may lose their ability to participate that day without refund or credit.All vehicles must be unloaded and removed from the restricted event area as directed by management before the closure deadline.5. Overnight SetupAfter Saturday's festival concludes, vendors may leave their booth setup and approved equipment on site for Sunday, subject to festival instructions.Any property left overnight is left at the vendor's own risk. Vendors are responsible for properly securing tents, merchandise, displays, equipment, and personal property. Neither ECM nor the festival organizers should be assumed to provide insurance for vendor property.6. Sunday & Final Load-OutThe festival operates Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.Vendors may not begin breaking down before the official closing time unless instructed by authorized management due to weather, emergency, safety concerns, or another operational reason.After closing, all vendors must completely dismantle their booths and remove all merchandise, equipment, tents, weights, boxes, trash, and personal property. Load-out must be conducted safely, professionally, and according to instructions from event management and police.7. Booth Standards & SafetyVendors are responsible for providing their own professional booth setup unless otherwise stated. Tents must be properly secured with adequate weights. Vendors must maintain a clean, safe, and attractive booth throughout the event.Aisles, sidewalks, emergency routes, entrances, fire lanes, and neighboring booths must remain unobstructed at all times.8. Licenses, Permits & InsuranceEach vendor is responsible for maintaining all licenses, permits, insurance, certificates, tax registrations, and other documentation legally required for their business and products.Acceptance into the festival does not constitute confirmation that a vendor has satisfied governmental licensing or regulatory requirements.9. Conduct & ComplianceVendors are expected to behave professionally toward festival organizers, ECM management, artists, neighboring vendors, City personnel, police officers, attendees, and surrounding businesses.Failure to follow instructions from authorized festival personnel or ECM managers, violation of safety requirements, unauthorized products, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with event protocols may result in immediate removal from the event.10. Weather, Emergency & Operational ChangesThe festival organizers, public-safety authorities, or ECM may modify vendor access, operating procedures, booth locations, load-in/load-out procedures, hours, or other logistics when reasonably necessary because of weather, public safety, street closures, emergencies, government requirements, or operational conditions.11. Booth LocationBooth locations are assigned by management. Vendors may not move, exchange, expand, or transfer their assigned space without authorization from an ECM manager.12. Acceptance of Festival ProtocolsBy registering, paying for, or participating in this event, the vendor acknowledges that this is not an independently operated East Coast Marketplace event. Vendors are participating within the Downtown Doral Arts Festival and agree to follow the festival's official protocols and instructions in addition to these vendor-specific Terms & Conditions.The Downtown Doral Arts Festival's official information currently describes the event as a two-day festival featuring art, food, music, family activities, live art activations, retail shopping, and other programming.By submitting an application or participating, the vendor confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and to comply with instructions issued by authorized Downtown Doral Arts Festival personnel, public-safety authorities, and East Coast Marketplace managers.
