Parking instructions
Parking is free for all vendors and sponsors at any available spot in The Mill on Etowah parking lot. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendors are asked to park in spaces furthest from the main event area to allow easy access for attendees and guests. The Event Organizer is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss to vehicles or property while parked on-site.
Health & safety
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the event grounds, except in designated parking areas. Vendors and sponsors must comply with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations, including food handling, sanitation, and COVID-19 or other public health requirements. Handwashing stations, sanitizers, and any health-related equipment must be properly maintained by vendors offering food, beverages, or interactive activities. Goin’ Social Events and The Mill on Etowah reserve the right to remove any participant who violates health or safety guidelines.

DJ UhOh’s Kidchella Event Terms & Conditions
1. Ticketing & Entry:
All attendees must have a valid ticket for entry. Children 2 and under are free but must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
Entry may be denied without refund for any attendee who violates event rules or poses a safety risk.
2. Age Restrictions & Supervision:
DJ UhOh’s Kidchella is a family-friendly event for children and families.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Adults are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children.
3. Conduct & Safety:
All attendees are expected to behave in a safe, respectful, and family-friendly manner.
Any aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
Goin’ Social Events and its staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
4. Photography & Media:
Photography, video, and social media coverage will be taken at the event. By attending, you consent to your image being used for promotional purposes by Goin’ Social Events.
5. Food, Beverages & Merchandise:
Outside food or drinks may be restricted. Specific event policies will be posted onsite.
All merchandise and vendor items are sold at the discretion of the individual vendors. Goin’ Social Events is not responsible for merchandise quality or disputes.
6. Liability:
Attendance is at your own risk. Goin’ Social Events, its employees, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property.
7. Accessibility & Emergency:
Event staff will follow all local health, safety, and accessibility regulations.
