DJ UhOh’s Kidchella Event Terms & Conditions 1. Ticketing & Entry: All attendees must have a valid ticket for entry. Children 2 and under are free but must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. Entry may be denied without refund for any attendee who violates event rules or poses a safety risk. 2. Age Restrictions & Supervision: DJ UhOh’s Kidchella is a family-friendly event for children and families. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Adults are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children. 3. Conduct & Safety: All attendees are expected to behave in a safe, respectful, and family-friendly manner. Any aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without refund. Goin’ Social Events and its staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. 4. Photography & Media: Photography, video, and social media coverage will be taken at the event. By attending, you consent to your image being used for promotional purposes by Goin’ Social Events. 5. Food, Beverages & Merchandise: Outside food or drinks may be restricted. Specific event policies will be posted onsite. All merchandise and vendor items are sold at the discretion of the individual vendors. Goin’ Social Events is not responsible for merchandise quality or disputes. 6. Liability: Attendance is at your own risk. Goin’ Social Events, its employees, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property. 7. Accessibility & Emergency: Event staff will follow all local health, safety, and accessibility regulations. Emergency procedures will be followed as necessary, and attendees must comply with staff instructions in case of emergency. 8. Changes & Cancellation: Event details, including times, performers, and activities, are subject to change without notice. Goin’ Social Events reserves the right to cancel the event. In case of cancellation, ticket holders may receive a credit for a future event at the discretion of Goin’ Social Events. 9. Agreement: By attending DJ UhOh’s Kidchella, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
