For food truck/trailer vendors selling food, beverages, speciality deserts or drinks. No Beef or Pork products allowed.
 

Tihar, meaning ‘Festival of Lights’, signifies the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil. This festival will be a terrific medley of sound, light, and color for families to come together and celebrate. There will be musical performances, food trucks, vendors, and various community groups. Volunteers must be 18 or over. Student organizations may participate but must have an adult supervisor with them at all times.

We are excited to welcome you as a performing group at our Dashain-Tihar Mela 2026, taking place on October 3rd, Saturday at Huber Park, Reynoldsburg, OH.

To ensure a fair and transparent process, our Cultural Committee will review all applications.

✨ Selection Guidelines

Preference will be given to new performers to promote equal opportunity.
Performances highlighting cultural, folk, or ethnic languages are encouraged.
Dashain-Tihar themed performances are highly preferred.
Representation from dance academies and non-profit organizations is preferred.
Group performances with more than 6 participants will be prioritized.
Please note that spots are limited, so we encourage you to apply early.
