This month, we’re proud to highlight the Humane Society of Sarasota County, Sarasota’s first nonprofit animal welfare organization and the area’s premier no-kill shelter. Since 1952, HSSC has been dedicated to saving the lives of cats and dogs while enriching the lives of the people who love them. Their work ensures every adoptable pet in their care has the chance to find a safe, loving home.
