Terms and Conditions for Diversitastic! Dining EVENT OVERVIEW: -Diversitastic! Dining is a monthly dining event hosted by FusionFest. The event features a full meal, cultural presentations, and an inclusive, engaging environment. -Attendance requires the purchase of an entrance ticket. TICKET AND REFUND POLICY: -Tickets must be purchased in advance through . -All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued, except in cases of event cancellation by the organizers. -Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval from FusionFest. To request a transfer, attendees must contact us directly. Once approved, the transfer request must be submitted in writing and include the first and last name of the individual receiving the ticket. The new guest must also provide an email confirming any food allergies or disabilities requiring reasonable accommodations. EVENT CONDUCT: -Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, performers, and staff. -Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund. DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AND ALLERGIES: -Efforts are made to accommodate dietary restrictions, but FusionFest cannot guarantee that all meals will be free of allergens. -Attendees with severe allergies should notify the organizers at the time of ticket purchase. PHOTO AND MEDIA RELEASE -By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes by FusionFest. -If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify the event staff upon arrival. LIABILITY WAIVER -FusionFest is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the event. EVENT SCHEDULE AND CHANGES: -The event schedule and lineup are subject to change without notice. -In the unlikely event of cancellation, attendees will be notified promptly, and ticket refunds or credits will be provided. PRIVACY AND DATE USE: -Personal information collected during ticket purchases will be used solely for event communication and not shared with third parties.
