Victorian era dinning!
Our friends at Persnikkity's have created a divine menu for this unique gala! The flavor experience will begin with baked Brie with honey pistachio drizzle. Followed by your choice of braised short ribs with a parsnip puree and red wine gastrique (sweet & sour sauce) or airline chicken breast with rosemary fingerling potatoes. To ensure everyone gets a true taste of a Victorian Christmas, Persnikkity's will be bringing you a sticky toffee pudding for dessert!
