Devil Dogz TCG Classic

The space for vendors is located on the stadium concourse. It will fit two six foot table with limited space around it.

 Vendor fee must be paid in full upon signing this agreement to secure the space.

- Payment is non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizer.

- NC Sports Con reserves the right to terminate any vendor agreement at its discretion, with a

full refund provided to the vendor if terminated.

- NC Sports Con reserves the right to adjust booth locations as necessary to optimize the event

layout.

Set-Up & Breakdown

- Set-up time: 12 PM

- Breakdown time: 9 PM

- Vendors must be fully set up 30 minutes before the event begins.

- Vendors must not dismantle their setup before 7:00 PM.

Rules & Regulations

1. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and any required setup

materials unless otherwise provided by the organizer.

2. Vendors must keep their area clean and dispose of trash properly.

3. No hazardous or illegal items may be sold.

4. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.

5. The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

6. Vendors are encouraged to promote the event on social media and invite customers.Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement

The Vendor agrees to hold NC Sports Con and its affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, or

damage that may occur during the event. The Vendor also acknowledges they are responsible

for their own merchandise, sales, and personal property

Any artist or vendor that would to participate in the stadium and interact with the crowd. Run the bases, beer mile, Frezbee toss etc. Call Braxton 910-616-3801 for ideas!

No charge if you are a vendor.  The timeframe is 3 o'clock to 5 o'clock with One short one also before the pitch and one somewhere around the seventh inning  timing is based on based on event/presentation. The more interactive, the more high energy the more fan giveaway the better slot you will have. You will have access to speaker, microphone, and music for the stadium.
