Vendor Details

• Booth Size: 10x10

• Vendor Fee: $150

• Event Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• Set-Up Time: Begins at 8:00 AM

• Location: Outdoor lawn areas at The Mill on Etowah

Important:
All approved vendors are required to participate for the entire duration of the event. Setup must be completed prior to opening, and booths must remain open and active until 9:00 PM.

Please Note:

• White tents will be provided for all vendors.

• No logo tents or branded tents are allowed for this event—no exceptions.

• Access to power is not guaranteed; vendors should plan accordingly.

• There may be other vendors offering similar products. We cannot guarantee exclusivity.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a snack food or beverage vendor at Denim Fest 2025. This highly attended fall event features carnival rides, football on the big screen, shopping, and family-friendly fun in the heart of downtown Canton.

We are currently accepting applications from concession-style vendors only. Eligible offerings include snack-based items such as:

• Kettle corn

• Cotton candy

• Funnel cakes

• Mini donuts

• Lemonade or flavored drinks

• Shaved ice or snow cones

• Candy apples and other prepackaged or fair-style snacks

Please note: We are not accepting food vendors offering full meals, hot entrées, or farmers market-style booths at this event.

• Booth Type: Snack food & beverage vendor

• Vendor Fee: $200

• Event Time: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• Vendor Set-Up: Begins at 8:00 AM and must be completed by 10:45 AM

• Location: Outdoor event space at The Mill on Etowah

• Tents: White tents will be provided for all vendors

• Power: Not guaranteed—please plan accordingly

• Similar products may be sold by other vendors. We do not offer category exclusivity.
