Decorate a Holiday Tree 2026: Registration

Decorate a holiday tree! $50 Help deck Fox Pointe out for the holidays by participating in the Seventh Annual Holiday Tree Display! This cherished festive tradition invites businesses, organizations, churches, schools, and families to spread holiday cheer by decorating real Scotch pine trees. Participants can showcase their creativity with traditional ornaments, handmade crafts, or even unique themes to captivate the hearts of visitors. With a limited number of trees available, early registration is encouraged to secure a spot. Decorating Days: Thursday, November 19 - Wednesday, November 25 | 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Decorating Guidelines Lights: All trees will be pre-lit. Please do not plug in or add any additional lighting, as the electrical grid is already at its serving capacity.  Ornaments and Decor: Securely fasten all decorations; the trees will be displayed for about four weeks and will face outdoor winter elements.  Rember that less is more. Larger, more visible ornaments are encouraged.  NO tinsel, please as it blows off the trees easily.  Ground Stakes: Due to our irrigation system, no stakes may be placed in the ground.  Signage: Please do not move, switch, or change your sponsor sign. Each sign corresponds with your assigned tree.  Holiday Tree-Lighting Ceremony: Holiday festivities will commence with the Village's official holiday tree-lighting ceremony and the arrival of Santa and Mrs. Claus to their Lansing home at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 28. From then on, all sponsored trees will be on display and illuminated every Wednesday through Sunday in December, culminating on Dec. 21. Don't miss this opportunity to be part of a magical tradition that brings the community together.
