ACM Texas Market Terms & ConditionsBy entering or attending an event organized or managed by Artisan & Crafters Markets LLC (ACM Texas), guests acknowledge and agree to these terms and event policies.EVENT INFORMATIONACM Texas operates markets and special events at various locations. Dates, locations, hours, vendors, entertainment, activities, layouts, and other event details may vary and are subject to change.RAIN OR SHINEUnless otherwise announced, ACM Texas markets are outdoor, rain-or-shine events. Operations may be delayed, modified, shortened, suspended, or canceled when weather, safety concerns, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control require it.REFUNDSUnless otherwise stated, event-related purchases are final. Refunds are not guaranteed due to weather, vendor or entertainment changes, schedule changes, personal conflicts, or a guest's decision not to attend. Any discretionary refund is determined by event management unless otherwise required by law.INDEPENDENT VENDORSVendors participating in ACM Texas events operate as independent businesses. ACM Texas is not responsible for individual vendor products, services, pricing, warranties, transactions, refunds, representations, or customer service. Purchase-related concerns should be addressed directly with the vendor.Food vendors are also independently operated. Guests with allergies or dietary concerns should speak directly with the vendor before purchasing.EVENT CHANGESACM Texas may change event hours, layouts, parking, entrances, vendor lineups, entertainment, activities, food and beverage offerings, or programming when reasonably necessary for operations, safety, weather, or other circumstances.GUEST CONDUCTOur markets are intended to provide a welcoming, family-friendly environment. Guests must behave respectfully toward attendees, vendors, performers, staff, volunteers, and event partners.Threatening, aggressive, abusive, disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.PETSWell-behaved pets are welcome unless otherwise posted. Pets must remain under their owner's control, and owners are responsible for cleanup and their animal's behavior. Animals displaying aggressive or unsafe behavior may be required to leave. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law.ALCOHOLWhere alcohol is available, all purchases, possession, and consumption must comply with applicable laws and event policies. Valid identification may be required. Service may be refused to anyone who is intoxicated, disruptive, or creates a safety concern.PARKING & PERSONAL PROPERTYGuests must follow posted parking rules and event staff instructions and are responsible for securing their vehicles and personal belongings.To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACM Texas and its event partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property or vehicles.PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOPhotography and video recording may occur throughout ACM Texas events. By attending, guests acknowledge they may appear incidentally in event photography, video, livestreams, social media, advertising, or promotional materials. ACM Texas may use event photography and video for promotional, advertising, archival, and social media purposes.ASSUMPTION OF RISKAttendance at an outdoor public event involves ordinary risks, including weather, heat, sun exposure, rain, wind, crowds, uneven or wet surfaces, temporary structures, animals, vehicle traffic, food and beverage consumption, and trips, slips, or falls.Guests are responsible for exercising reasonable care and voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with attending an outdoor public market.SAFETY & REMOVALGuests must follow posted rules and reasonable instructions from authorized event staff. ACM Texas may remove individuals who create a safety concern, disrupt event operations, interfere with vendors or attendees, enter restricted areas, or violate applicable law or event policies.In an emergency, guests should immediately notify event staff or call 911.LIMITATION OF LIABILITYTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Artisan & Crafters Markets LLC (ACM Texas), its event brands, organizers, employees, contractors, sponsors, volunteers, partners, and property owners are not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, theft, accidents, or claims resulting from circumstances outside their reasonable control or the ordinary risks associated with attending an event.Nothing in these terms is intended to waive liability that cannot legally be waived.AGREEMENT TO POLICIESBy entering or attending an ACM Texas event, guests agree to follow these Terms & Conditions along with any additional rules or instructions posted at the event or communicated by authorized event staff.ACM Texas reserves the right to update event policies when reasonably necessary for safety, operations, or legal compliance.
