Dayton Pride™ 2026

Take part in the Dayton Pride™ 2026 parade with this application. The parade kicks off at 11am at Jefferson and 2nd Street.  You will be given a sign in time about a week prior to the event. It's crucial that arrive before your sign in time. 

 

Cost per group range from $25-$75.

Welcome to Dayton Pride™ 2026. If you have a business that you would like to represent at the Dayton Pride™ 2026 Festival on Saturday, June 6 and you are not selling products onsite, this is the application for you.  

 

The Festival runs from 11am -4pm.  You must be set up by 10:30 and be torn down by 5pm.  You will receive more information about two weeks prior to the event.

Your sponsorship makes Dayton Pride™ 2026 a reality and helps support the work of Greater Dayton LGBT Center. We provide a safe and inclusive place all year long with programming, community events, support groups resources.

This is a customer service position for serving beer and alcoholic beverages during Dayton Pride™. There is money handling, credit card processing or beer pouring duties involved. Volunteers pouring drinks, must be able to stand. Those taking money must be able to sit for the duration of the shift. Shifts available for Friday and Saturday.

This volunteer position helps with table set up, signage set up and varies other duties. Must be able to walk and lift up to 25 pounds. Shifts available for Friday and Saturday.

This volunteer position helps with table break down, signage break down and varies other duties. Must be able to walk and lift up to 25 pounds. Shifts available for Friday and Saturday.

This is a supervisory position. Must be able to work well with others and provide excellent customer service. There may be some money handling, credit card processing or beer pouring duties involved. Shifts available for Friday and Saturday.

This volunteer position helps to check in parade groups and give them instructions where to line up for the parade. It is a seated position and requires a good attitude and ability to work under pressure when several groups are signing in at once.

This volunteer position in this position helps with getting groups lined up and started when the parade starts. You must be able to work well under pressure and must be able to walk and lift up to 10 pounds. You may be required to walk along a group to keep the parade moving.

This position is for a host for The Center while Pride is going on. It requires some gatekeeping to make sure only those authorized to be in The Center have access. The Center will not be open to the public, but to volunteers and performers only. Shifts available for Friday and Saturday.

This volunteer position in this position helps with communication and various tasks during the Pride Festival. You must be able to work well under pressure and must be able to walk and lift up to 10 pounds. You will be working with the Pride Chairs and helping with problem solving.

This volunteer works at the Information Booth asking questions and giving directions. This position requires a good attitude and customer service.

Putting on Dayton Pride™ can be expensive but it's so vital to help fund Greater Dayton LGBT Center all year long, so we can continue providing a space for our LGBTQ+ community and allies to gather and feel safe.
