Dayton Pride™ 2026 Parade Participant
About the application
Take part in the Dayton Pride™ 2026 parade with this application. The parade kicks off at 11am at Jefferson and 2nd Street. You will be given a sign in time about a week prior to the event. It's crucial that arrive before your sign in time.
Cost per group range from $25-$75.
About the event
Terms & Conditions
By submitting this application you agree to all the rules set forth by the parade committee. Prohibited activities during the parade are throwing things into the crowd. You may hand things to bystanders, but not throw them. Also, if you have a vehicle, you must provide proof of insurance, a copy of the driver's license of the driver and the license plate number of the vehicle.

| Parade Group Marching (no vehicles) | $25.00 | Non-refundable | Maximum number of marchers with the group is 25. |
| Parade Group with Vehicle | $75.00 | Non-refundable | The price is $50 per vehicle and includes up to 25 marchers. We must have a copy of the driver's license of the driver and a copy of insurance covering the driver. Once your application has been approved, we'll request those. Not providing these will result in your disqualification from the parade. |
| Parade Vehicle with no Marchers | $50.00 | Non-refundable | We require a copy of the driver's license and proof of insurance for the person driving in the parade. Please upload those. Once your application has been approved, we'll request those. Not providing these will result in your disqualification from the parade. |
