Join us for a new event series coming to Abilene - the Cypress Plaza Downtown Market. We're kicking off a monthly tradition, with new seasonal themes and experiences throughout the year. Shop a curated lineup of local makers, boutiques, artists, and small businesses, grab something delicious from local food trucks, enjoy live music, and let the kids get in on the fun with seasonal activities. This FREE event will include: - Live Music - Curated Local Vendor Market - Pumpkin Photo Op - Kids' Crafts & Activities - Local Food Trucks Come shop local, support small businesses, and help us bring the new Cypress Plaza to life!

Vendors may park in any area downtown. Parking is limited, but a new parking lot is coming soon.

Health & safety

All vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary booth throughout the event. Food and beverage vendors must comply with all applicable local, state, and health department requirements. Vendors are responsible for securing their tents, displays, equipment, and merchandise and must keep walkways and emergency access areas clear. Vendors should immediately report any safety concern, injury, spill, or emergency to event staff.

This Market Vendor Application applies to vendors who sell handmade, homemade, or homegrown products, craftsman, creator, art, clothing, jewelry, cottage vendors and bakeries (non-temperature controlled), toys, non-profits, etc.

IMPORTANT: Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tent weights (NO STAKES ALLOWED), table, and chairs.

*Booth fees are NOT DUE at the time of application. If your application is approved, the card on-file will automatically be charged. Booth fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Food Truck Application

This Food Truck Application applies to vendors who are preparing or cooking food and beverages on-site for immediate consumption. Cottage Food Vendors should use the Market Vendor Application.
