Cynthiana Honey Festival 2026

This is the application and agreement for a Market Vendor booth space during the Cynthiana Honey Festival. This application is NOT for food vendors!

 

Baked goods or candy are good fits for the market vendor spaces. Hot food and any business that uses power or a generator and/or a trailer should apply with the Food Vendor Application.

This is the application and agreement for Non Profit Exhibitors to participate in the Cynthiana Honey Festival.

This application is for use by Downtown Cynthiana Businesses so that their Logo and Store front can be clearly represented on the Cynthiana Honey Festival Eventeny page and map.

Feature Sponsors have their business name on one of the main Festival Features (i.e. “Honey Show sponsored by Your Business Name) and receive a booth space during the festival, plus a FB post feature with tagging, and name featured on the Sponsor banner during the festival.

Friend Sponsors receive a FB feature post with tagging and have their name featured on the sponsorship banner at the Festival.

We need some folks willing to create some freestanding wooden sign posts for labeling event features and giving directions, photo op displays, flowers, and other decorative creations if you have ideas! Sign up and tell us what you can create, and we will get with you to provide the supplies.

We need youthful volunteers to help keep up with keeping the trash cans throughout the Festival area clean, clear and functional while responding to any messes happening as well. This is one of the most important roles for a successful and fun Festival for everyone!

Morning Check-In Volunteers can either help vendors un load and set up or remain seated at the borders of the Festival and direct incoming traffic to the appropriate entry point. Both of these roles are extremely important to creating a smooth flow in the morning and getting the day off to a good start for all of our vendors!
