# Culture Atlanta Health & Safety Guidelines Thank you for being part of the Culture Atlanta Official World Cup Watch Party brought to you by His Word Outreach Ministries. To ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for everyone, all vendors, volunteers, staff, and participants are expected to follow the guidelines below. ## General Safety * Treat all guests, staff, vendors, and volunteers with respect and professionalism. * Follow all instructions provided by event staff and security personnel. * Immediately report any emergencies, suspicious activity, injuries, or unsafe conditions to event staff. * Keep all walkways, exits, and emergency access areas clear at all times. * No fighting, aggressive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will be tolerated. ## Vendor Guidelines * Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized booth space. * All food vendors must follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures. * Secure all tents, displays, equipment, and inventory to prevent accidents or weather-related hazards. * Do not overload electrical outlets or use unsafe extension cords/equipment. * Dispose of trash properly and leave your area clean at the end of the event. * Vendors must comply with all local city, county, and state health regulations. ## Volunteer & Staff Guidelines * Volunteers and staff should arrive on time and remain in designated areas unless otherwise instructed. * Wear required credentials, badges, or event apparel while on duty. * Maintain a positive, welcoming, and helpful attitude toward guests and participants. * Do not engage in unsafe activities or operate equipment without authorization. * Stay hydrated and notify team leaders immediately if assistance is needed. ## Health & Wellness * Individuals who are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms of illness are encouraged to stay home. * Hand sanitizer stations and restrooms should be used regularly to maintain hygiene. * Stay hydrated throughout the event, especially during outdoor activities and warm weather. * In the event of a medical emergency, contact event staff immediately. ## Children & Families * Culture Atlanta is a family-friendly event. Please help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for children and families. * Children should be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. * Report any lost child or family emergency to event staff immediately. ## Weather & Emergency Procedures * Event operations may pause or adjust due to severe weather or emergency situations. * Follow instructions from event staff regarding evacuation procedures or shelter areas if necessary. * Emergency exits and access routes must remain unobstructed at all times. By participating in Culture Atlanta, all vendors, volunteers, staff, and attendees agree to follow these guidelines to help create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
